The Homestead, Tallula, IL
For anyone local to us reading, this was roughly four hours away from Evansville, Indiana, and it’s only 15 minutes away from Springfield Illinois. The first thing you’ll notice when you park at this venue is the simple, rustic, beautiful scenery. The barn itself is easily accessed, the ceremony site is tucked in the field a short distance away with a fence around it. The owner Sandy was incredibly nice and helpful to us.
It’s also worth mentioning the sunset photo opportunities. I mean, come on…
